Nearly all of our customers in Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Portage, and Summit counties are under service contract. Once a call is placed for repair, we provide service within 24 hours. We employ factory-trained, field-experienced service technicians with an average of 12 years experience. As a dealer, we carry NEW parts and supplies in inventory to complete necessary repairs and maintenance on most copiers and fax machines. Our toner and supplies are OEM quality to provide the best performance results for your copier or fax machine.
